My favorite travel experience in the past 10 years of traveling with children. Fabulous service and organization. Active pace. Great activities. Superb experience for families with kids. The staff is cordial and sincere in their friendliness. Ship is beautiful, elegant. Food is plentiful and continuous but with a genuine Ecuadorian flare. Guides are very knowledgeable and all local Galapagos residents. They have an admirable dedication to preservation.

This trip to Galapagos was extraordinary due to the efforts of this crew ship and the people of the Galapagos National Park. It is a treasure that needs to be protected from too many tourists and locals. All of our room attendants were excellent. Dries was exceptional as our guide.

It has been a fantastic experience. The whole staff has provided extraordinary service, much better than in any other hotel I have recently stayed at. Enrique, Octavio and the Austrian chef were great!. All the naturalists did a great job explaining flora and fauna.

David our suite attendant was excellent. Our cabins were impeccable kept and he was very attentive. Thank you David. Enrique our waiter was friendly, happy and anticipated every need. He's a credit your company. Octavio was very friendly and professional. The star for us our trip was Billy – what a great job. We would say that Billy and Enrique were excellent. Maria, Stephanie and Tania were also very friendly and helpful and the Austrian chef Marcello was a joy – friendly – informative. Hernan our naturalist guide in the 2nd section and Carlos in the first were very enthusiastic and informative. Thank you too to the great dinghy staff. Everyone we came across was professional and helpful.

Very impressive- the attention to safety - comfort is remarkable - passengers feel very safe – able to accept the challenges offered – enjoy the amazing Galapagos Islands. The guides are wonderful especially for the albatross group. Carlos on the first half and the second half. They are so informative and reassuring at the same time. Billy is amazing with organization, information and attention to detail. We will recommend this ship to our friends. Chef excellent, Marco very friendly and helpful with recipes.

Had a really fantastic time, thanks! Juan, Javier, Walter and Richard in the restaurant were fantastic. Vico is a stellar guide. After a few days I felt like part of the family. The seven day trip exceeded our expectations. Of course we know the islands wildlife would be great but we were very impressed by the friendliness and outgoing nature of the entire staff. Our eating experience was wonderful guided by Octavio and Guillermo. The kitchen/ chef staff was fantastic, as food was delicious and was very high variety. As on earth scientist, I was highly impressed by the in depth knowledge of all of our naturalists in such amazing wide variety of disciplines! The passion in which they talked, explained and urged participation in conservation was inspiring! Overall the trip worth every penny/ dollar/ sucre/ real…and will strongly encourage others / friends/ etc to come and experience the Galapagos on the GE II.

The Ecuadorian people are friendly and accommodating people. The cruise and its staff are superb. The 3 day cruise for me seems to be elongated, magnified and densely packed with memories, experiences and met a lot of friends. I really believe that these are no strangers in this world, only friends to be met.
