Basic Cruise Packages

Packages also include all meals, with the Elite Program including soft beverages from the mini-bar at no extra charge. Rates for each package are per person and quoted on a double occupancy basis. Children’s rates are 50% of accompanying adult rate throughout most of the year, with an exception during the holidays when they are 75% of an adult rate.

Galapagos Vacation Package Incidentals

Several fee categories are typically not included in most Galapagos vacation packages although periodic special promotions may modify this. In the main, passengers will be charged a nightly fuel surcharge, the Galapagos National Park fee, the Control Visit Card Ingala fee, alcoholic and some non-alcoholic beverages, transfers and airfare and taxes to the islands.

The Elite Program

Galapagos Explorer’s Elite Program is a wonder all its own, above and beyond the many natural wonders you will see on your Galapagos Island vacation. It includes numerous 5-star amenities, with travelers staying in the Renaissance and Majestic Balcony categories. Upon arrival onboard ship, vacationers (or Honeymooners) are treated to a bottle of champagne in their suite, with canapés, fresh fruit and local Ecuadoran chocolates. In addition, Elite vacationers have 24-hour butler service to help them unpack and of service throughout the entire trip.

Elite travelers also luxuriate in plush bathrobes, towels and fine linens. Each suite has a 32” flat screen TV, Blu-ray player with an extensive movie selection, along with a Bose sound system.
